Go-live setup

Both ways send your video to a streaming service that gives you a link to paste here. Do this once.

Make a free Cloudflare account → open Stream → Live Inputs → Create Live Input.
Open the input. Under WebRTC (WHIP/WHEP) you'll see two URLs.
Copy the WHIP URL (ends in /webRTC/publish) into Browser publish URL above.
Copy the WHEP URL (ends in /webRTC/play) into Playback URL above.
Hit Save channel, then Go live from browser. Allow the camera. You're on.

Cost: ~$1 per 1,000 minutes watched + ~$5 per 1,000 minutes recorded — roughly $6 for a 2-hour stream watched by 50 people. Keep this tab open while live.

Best for phone streaming — keeps going even if you lock the screen, and holds up better on cellular.

Install Larix Broadcaster (free, iPhone + Android).
In your Cloudflare live input → Connection Info, find the RTMPS section: copy the RTMPS URL (rtmps://live.cloudflare.com:443/live/) and the RTMPS Key.
In Larix → Settings → Connections → New: paste the URL, then paste the Key in the "Stream key" field. Save.
Still in Connection Info, copy the HLS Manifest URL (ends in .m3u8) → paste it into Playback URL (HLS) above.
Hit Go Live (OBS / app) here, then press the big record button in Larix. You're on in a few seconds.

Same Cloudflare input as the webcam method — it gives you WebRTC, RTMP, and HLS all at once. HLS runs ~10–20s behind real-time (normal trade-off for the extra stability).

OBS is the same software most Twitch streamers use — webcam, capture card, multiple scenes, overlays all work. There's a ~10–15s delay, same as Twitch.
